Read ALL messages, have done factory reset on phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) as rang EE saying phone bluetooth issues constantly dropping. Seems it's the VERSA not playing. Christmas present 2018, have loved it until last few weeks now hopeless. Daren't use alarm function as showed 03:03 this morning when it was 06:18 real time. Throw in bin and grt Samsung Gear and money back?

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
