I have an iPhone X and the last two days, I’ve restarted, redownloaded the app, repaired my phone and no change. My versa refuses to stay connected to my Bluetooth. And why doesn’t the time function without being constantly synced?

@Exodusirene welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not connecting with your iPhone X's Bluetooth. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, check out if your Versa syncs properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hi,
I am experiencing the same issues but with my android phone.
I did all the steps to troubleshoot the issue but I am still unable to synch up. This has just happened today for the first time.
Looking for help, thanks.

I’ve done all trouble shooting options listen in the forums. No resolve. I contacted customer service, and luckily I’m still under warranty and able to receive a new versa. But I’m still disappointed the only option is to replace the whole tracker. If this happens again with the replacement I’ll be really disappointed.

I can get mine to connect with Bluetooth but it won't stay connected and I have my phone's Bluetooth ON 24/7. 😞
Recently, the notifications of calls and texts are not coming through on my Versa Lite and I've checked all the settings. Can't see where I've changed anything to disconnect this. However, logging a workout or food is still working.
