So I just got my Versa Lite today and I was trying to set it up but my phone can't connect to it. This isn't the first time this has happened with my phone, I had the Alta as well and it did the same thing. My phone can connect to any other Bluetooth device but for some reason is unable to connect with my Fitbit. It pairs with my phone but does not connect. I would like to use and enjoy my watch but I am unable to. Please help me connect to my Versa Lite.

Hi, try this:
1. Go to your PC/Laptop
2. Enable BT
3. Keep your Versa close to the PC
4. Press on your PC "add BT device" and wait untill your PC sees/detects the Versa
5. When it sees the Versa, pair it with your PC and it should appear in the list of connected BT devices
6. Go to www.fitbit.com/consent, which is the Fitbit's dashboard on your PC
7. If this sees your Versa, sync it.
8. Go to your Phone and start the Fitbit app and login
9. When everything goes well, the Fitbit app should now see your Versa
10. If not, disable BT on your Phone, restart it and enable BT again
11. It should now show Versa as a connected device and press "ready" abd you're up and running.
BTW, which Phone are you using??
