Versa won't connect to Deezer

Hi guys,

 

My Fitbit won't seem to connect to Deezer, I keep putting my activation code into fitbit.com/deezer and it says successfully activated but doesn't seem to make a difference? Can anyone help me please?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your Versa with your Deezer account. I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I install the Deezer app? and follow the instructions provided there. If after these steps you keep having issues, feel free to provide me with some screenshots.

I’m having the exact program. I had to type in an activation code a bazillion times. Always getting a confirmation that it was activated. Opened the Deezer app on the Versa and always asking to enter the Code at the website again. Then I was able to download a playlist from Deezer. Was able to play it once, then now it keeps asking me to enter activation code all over again. Same song and dance, but still no way to play the music, as the app only wants me to enter the code over and over.

I am also having the same problem. I feel as it is due to the syncing problem that is going around. I have been trying many methods but no luck yet.
