I have had tons of issues with this Versa - have had it for a little over a year. I have contacted customer service and it is a battery issue and cannot be fixed. I recently did a factory reset to see if I can save it for a little longer. Now I can't get it set up again. The screen on the Versa tells me to install the Fitbit app in many different languages. I have the app installed. When I go to set it up, it can find the device but cannot connect. I'm at a loss! Any suggestions?
