My Fitbit was working fine connected to it and about 2 weeks ago it stopped syncing, wouldn't receive notifications so I've deleted it, etc., to reconnect now it won't get pass the connecting stage I put the code in and it just stays on that screen goes no further any suggestions please?

Check the supported phone list as I dont think its on there yet

Something might not wok and some thing might if its not on the list

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you were able to pair your watch? If you keep having issues, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

I recently changed to Huawei 2.0 and my Versa isn't working. Phone shop say it is nitthe phone. Fitbit provider say it is the phone join the forum and the answer could be there. Something about changing settings. Any one able to clarify?
