I just had to re-pair my Versa as part of troubleshooting another issue and now it absolutely refuses to connect to WIFI. Yes, the network is properly set up and works. Yes, it's 2.4 ghz. Yes, I tried resetting the watch, forgetting the watch on my phone, factory resetting the watch etc etc. The only thing I haven't done is remove my internet password, which shouldn't even be an issue since I had a password on it the first time I set up the watch.

I just got my Versa a week ago and it will not see my wifi network in my home. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and my wifi is working with every other device in my home. Is the issue wit the watch?

Would it be possible for you to let us know the exact troubleshooting steps you've tried? Additionally, please go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > WiFi Settings and take a screenshot of what you're able to see here and reply to us with it. This will be very helpful for us to check this further.
