I have my versa on the charger and I find my WiFi name in the app on my phone. And I try to connect and I get an error message saying that it can not connect to and the the name of my WiFi. I don’t have a computer to connect to I use my iPhone and that one is connected to the WiFi . And has been working before, I just noticed this issue a couple of days ago. I have tried to both restart the Versa and the phone. And nothing happens. Any idea what I can do?

Since your Versa is not connecting to your Wi-Fi, please review the troubleshooting steps provided at: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
