Hi
I have had no issues with my versa for the last year does all my notification from phone no problems
I have a iphone 6
But changed over this week to Samsung galaxy A40 found it ok the first time but since then does not find it for days then sudenly it will find it
Gone back to i phone and now thats the same it used to find it in minutes
Any ideas ?
Also when loged in on the phone in fitbit setting and ask to find wiffi it is unable to find any wifi even next to wireless router?

I reset my Versa back to factory settings and that seems to have sorted it out maybe it because it was linked to a new Android phone from a prevoise iphone
But since then im a wary about getting all notifications as seem to take a long time to sync to bluetoothe

Once again would not connect to phone via bluetooth Powered it off and back on found it ok seems a bluetooth issue How do you no when the Versa is transmitting ????

I also have this issue where my Versa is not connecting to my phone, the time is off and nothing is transmitting to the app. I have followed the troublehooting tips...twice

Try doing a force restart on the versa Then check if the phone finds it I suspect it will But next day it wont see it again
