We moved to a new house a year ago. My Fitbit Versa says it is not connected to my Wifi. No matter what I try it simply will not do it. When I look up topics on this on Google, it says to go to my dashboard, click on the WiFi settings and press that. I go to my dashboard, settings, but....there is NO NO NO WiFi settings to click on!!! I've gone through every single choice 3 times and went to every tile or icon I can find. Nope. No place anywhere does it give me a choice for a Wifi settings that I can find. So, I've been trying to set up my fitbit at my new house on and off for over a year but I get so upset after an hour or so that I give up. It does NOT show my IP address as it states it will. It tells me if I go to the settings for my Versa and scroll down to device info and press it that it will show my IP address. Nope. it doesn't.

Hi @Ahox, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? and then move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are mentioned in: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and let me know if the issue persists.
I'll be around if further assistance is needed.
