Versa won't connect to WiFi

Not solved. My new Fitbit Versa won't connect to my home WiFi network.

@Cbooz may we'd have some details?

Is your wifi compatible with the Versa?

Is the Versa plugged in and charging?

Is the phone attached to the same wifi?

If you are having problems connecting your WiFi to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and follow the instructions provided there.
