I have tried all troubleshooting methods including unpairing, resetting both my watch and my phone, attempted to connect whilst my Versa was charging and connected to my computer but my Versa does not connect to my wifi and gives an error message to please try again later.
My wifi is compatible with my Versa but it still does not connect. I get a blue wifi symbol on the Versa but when I try to connect to the wifi, the error message still pops up.
I have checked all posts on this community and I can't find any further help that what I have done.
Is there anyone who can help?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
