I can’t connect my versa to wifi. I only noticed when I tried to use the music app Deezer and it said my subscription expired. When I checked in the app, it said I needed to connect to my wifi. I have been trying that for quite sometime and it looks like it’s ok but the it gets to 5% and it disconnects. I even put it back to factory reset and now it’s worse I cant use it at all!! I’m trying to download through Bluetooth but this does not solve the problem. Help!

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
