I have just bought a Versa, and after reading these forums regretfully found out my OPPO R15 isn't compatible to my versa.
After downloading the fitbit app to my laptop with windows 10 it still isn't syning and updating my versa.
I have tried with the updated fitbit app (even uninstalling and trying with fitbit connect instead)
Have tried:
- reconnecting bluetooth
- restarting versa and laptop
- trying different wifi connections
Dont know what else to try - about to return the product for a refund.
Disappointed that it doesn't advertise on the product that it doesnt sync with OPPO.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @aajbbb. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with connecting your new Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts and trying to connect your watch using your Windows 10 laptop. I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. I would like to confirm that OPPO R15 is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. If a device is not supported by the Fitbit app, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their trackers to the fullest.
If your watch is not paired to your Fitbit account at the moment, please double check the requirements and the complete troubleshooting steps in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
