Is anyone else having trouble with their Fitbit not syncing or connecting to any device? Been happening for months now, First would sync to my oppo phone, then change to my iPhone 6 and still nothing. Disconnected it from my account and can’t even set it up again. Been messaging the Fitbit support aparently it’s a ‘bug’ but but it’s taking them so long to do something about it. All they’ve suggested it to try connecting to windows 10 which still didn’t work. Wish there was an actual real life place I could take it to to get fixed like the apple store, or they would a replacement rreplacement or something, I really regret buying this. The watch is super laggy and slow now too, and the time and date is wrong so I can’t even use it as a basic watch.

Mine just started doing this in the last two weeks.

Mine has been doing this too. I like checking my sleep in the morning but it doesn't sync until like the day after. Numbers on the clock stopped showing up, notifications didn't pop up. Started not wearing it in the shower a bit- was still acting weird.
