Versa won’t connect to anything

I had a new Versa sent to me three weeks ago and since having it i’ve had issues, not syncing or showing notifications. I’ve done everything, reset, turned off Bluetooth, logged out, turned phone off back on and it still won’t sync. I’ve tried syncing it to my iPad and no luck. Now neither my iPad or iPhone are even recognising the versa. Help

@EGJones What's your iphone model and OS version. Has your Versa ever synced and received notifications? Also, please confirm your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version.
