Versa won't connect to app or via Wi-Fi

My Versa will not connect to the app. I have tried updating the app, deleting the watch and adding it again and now I can’t even get it to connect at all anymore. I was never able to get it to connect to WiFi so I could download music on it. Anyone have solutions for me or should I just return it?

Have you tried reconnecting the watch to your phone?

Yes. Never worked. I finally contacted Fitbit and they are sending me a new watch. It hasn’t arrived yet. I am hoping this one will work. 😊
