Versa won’t connect to iPhone with bluetooth

Have a 2nd hand versa 2.

Have tried connecting it through Bluetooth and it just continues to search.

Have tried turning it on and off and resetting it to factory mode. Have also turned the Bluetooth on and off and it still doesn’t connect. Have also tried to join it with no other bluetooth devices around.

Any other ideas?

Lots of us having the same issues. Hopefully they come up with a fix.

I have the same issue. Versa is not displayed when I search for Bluetooth devices. It seems that it doesn't broadcast the Bluetooth name anymore or doesn't work. I have set Mobile and Versa to factory reset and still nothing. Is it hardware malfunction? Can this be fixed?

Mine never started working again. I opted to replace mine with another brand after my experience with Fitbit customer service/support.
