Versa won't connect to iPhone

I have had my versa for over a year and I regret buying it. My account was deleted without my knowledge and I can never get the watch to connect to my phone. It doesn’t save any of my information that is supposed to link to the app. I can’t get it to connect to blue tooth. It shows it’s pairing and then stops and then starts again. None of the troubleshooting works. Contacted support and they couldn’t help me either. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Welcome to the Community Forums @Heart122. I'm sorry for the late response. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. Thanks for already troubleshooting this syncing issue and contacting our Support Team

If you've not done so, I'd suggest to try the following:

1. Remove the Versa from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Versa as a replacement.

In addition, I'd recommend to take a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
