I have had a new phone (iPhone) I have tried to connect my versa and it won’t connect tried all the steps etc... I have even removed my versa and tried to start as it was a new watch but it still work work? Can anyone help? Thanks

You can confirm if your watch is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following: Tap the Today tab in the Fitbit app, and tap your profile picture. You should see the image of your device. If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing your watch, please follow the troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
