my versa would not sync so i took it off my Bluetooth and now it can't find my watch at all to load again.
what is wrong with my watch. it is not my Bluetooth as it works fine with my car.
please help

Hi there @JIB58, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been having with your Versa. I appreciate your time in trying to fix the inconvenience prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
Please confirm that you've tried removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device as follows:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Fitbit device automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

Me too. Again. It did this a few weeks ago but I was able to get it back by setting up as a new one. Now that doesn't even work. Going back to Samsung, over this crap with Fitbit.

I’ve tried all week to unconnected the device, disconnect from the Bluetooth and the same thing happens, it works for a little while and then we are back to the same issue. Also, now the clock is twenty minutes behind, no texts or calls are coming through. My morning alarm has been an hour to half hour behind all week 🤔😔😔
