Versa won’t connect to my iPhone XR after the update.

After updating my versa some of my settings changed and I could not adjust them. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and finally did a hard reset to restore the factory settings. Now my phone finds my versa but it won’t connect. What now?

  1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
  2. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
  3. Press Forget this device.
  4. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  5. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  6. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  7. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  8. Open the Fitbit app, Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  9. Tap Set Up a Device.
  10. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
