Since updating to IOS 17.6 on Tuesday July 30th I noticed my versa was having sync issues a restart resolved I am using Fitbit App v 4.22 (42236005) this Morning Aug 1 I woke up my Versa said it was 1:57am was 2 hours behind the clock time when it was really 3:57am I tried the restart to sync would not sync turned Bluetooth on and off nothing worked. I removed it from Bluetooth and the App still would not sync for add it back
finally I did a factory reset on my versa and deleted the app on my iPhone. I put the app back turned on Versa the app asked to use Bluetooth I thought it was going to work but still the app will not connect to the Versa or the phone not quite sure what else to do. Chat is not available for some unknown reason even though it is within their hours of operation any suggestions
