Old phone was Note 10. I switched to S21 Ultra 9 (Android 11, One UI 3.1 Version) but every time I set up a device, its going back to Is your versa powered on screen?

I tried the following but did not work:

a. Turn Bluetooth on and off

b. Reintsall the app

c. Switch to airplane mode then reconnect after disabling airplane mode

d. Updated permissions and notifications to allow all options to fitbit

I tried my cousins iphone 11 and luckily it connected and was able to set up

Hi there, @dyfortea. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.

It seems that your watch cannot connect properly to your new phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your watch and the old phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

Hope that helps.
