Versa won't connect to my new phone

Fit Bit Versa was connected to a old samsung phone and it died down so couldnt unpair and delete the account in fit bit app in samsung.

 

Now i tried connecting to VIVO android phone but its not pairing at all. tried few time to restart phone and tried connecting to other android devices but its not pairing or syncing.
