Versa won't connect to my phone anymore

My versa 2 has all of a sudden stopped connecting to my phone, Bluetooth and WiFi aren’t being picked up! It is also loosing time

Hi there, @SammieRose. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa. 

 

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:


*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

 

Sync your Versa automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

I'm having the same thing. I've tried disconnecting the device from the app and starting fresh but it's not finding it. It's charging, I have WiFi signal and nothing else connected by Bluetooth.

I'm having the same issue haven't been able to sync since July I've tried all of your recommendations

After finally getting it to connect, by the morning it 4 hours behind. It's losing time so fast now that it's just junk.

Unconnected Bluetooth and reconnected.  Took about 10 secs andIT WORKS!  Thank you!
