Already done everything I need this to work for my heart condition

@Scouse17 Thanks for letting me know that you've tried the steps I recommended. 

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa and report it's not connecting to your phone, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

Similar problem.  Versa 3 now no longer connects. After restarting/resetting/reinstalling everything etc etc etc... the usual tedious routine, but it still doesn't work.   After a factory reset of the Versa I enter the 4-digit code but always get the "Something went wrong" error message, every time.
