Versa won't connect to phone

Yesterday my Versa stopped syncing to the app. Today I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps, including turning off and back on Bluetooth, turning off my smartwatch, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, removing my Versa from my devices, etc, etc. Now I cannot connect to the app at all. My phone can find my Versa but it won't connect. It is fully charged and sitting on the charger. I have again restarted it as well as turned off and back on Bluetooth. Help!

Hi @MBWATSON - did you restart the phone and in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device"?

@Guy_  I went ahead and did a factory reset and now it won't start at all. Frustrated!

@MBWATSON - there's a bug in the factory reset procedure that sometimes kills the watch.

However you can try to charge the watch for 30 minutes then hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, if it will.
