Versa won't connect to the app

Just got a Versa today and it won't connect to the app. I have wifi, bluetooth, and location all turned on. But after the app finds the device it fails to connect.

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

I have a Galaxy S5, and had my Charge 2 working just fine. From what I've seen from researching articles it should work.
