Versa won’t connect to wifi

Hi Everyone,

 

My Versa won’t connect to my wifi - I’m setting up the Fitbit for the first time. 

I keep getting a message of:

- Can’t connect

- incorrect password

 

can anyone help with fixing this?

 

i have reset Fitbit, uninstalled app, turned phone off & on etc.... help😐

I am having the same issue it wont sync last time was yesterday and then when I look at settings on the watch it says Wi-Fi off but wont let me turn it on i have done a factory reset it connects and then it just disconnects

I am having the same issue as well.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my fitbit, reset my phones Bluetooth, even tried adding a new fitbit onto my account and nothing is working.  My Versa isn't even showing up under the available Bluetooth connections.

I'm also facing the same issues...I've been trying all sort of methods, but still failed to connect.

Just wondering did you manage to get it resolve?

Hello 😊

I had to delete the app and start all processes again and I also contact Fitbit support and I spoke with someone over the phone so they could restart the watch from their end. Might be worth calling them if you don’t have any luck.
