This is absurd. How hard is bluetooth? Doesn't even come up as a device to pair with. What a piece of crap. Hope I can still return it.

Hey @marka82331, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! So you are trying to set up your Versa by using the Bluetooth on your iPhone, right? If so, and it is taking too long, I'd suggest you to try to to pair your watch using a Wi-Fi connection. So please take a look at this help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? to review the requirements to connect your watch, and after that, follow these other steps in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up as a new device.

Hi, @marka82331, you do not set up your Versa using your phone's Bluetooth settings. As you have noted, that won't work.
You need to do all the setting up and pairing via the Fitbit app.

Even though we were one day past the return date when I opened the fitbit and tried to set it up, Amazon was nice enough to allow us to return it. I was using the app and did try the fixes suggested, but to no avail. Disappointing but at least we're back to even.
