Why are you worried about the Versa being paired to your phone?
This is not needed for the tracker to sync.
When you say it wont pair. are you trying to pair them? Are you getting an error that we're not being told about?
Pairing is however needed to receive notifications. Once notifications are setup .the app, not the user, will do the actual pairing.

Hey @Krperry06, welcome aboard! Just like my friend @Rich_Laue, I'm curious about what is the exact issue that you have with your Versa. Are you trying to set it up again or it is already paired and what happens is that is no longer syncing? If that is the case, since the Samsung Galaxy Active 7 doesn't appear as a compatible device yet, you might have some inconveniences to sync with it. However, you can follow the steps in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to make it sync, but just keep in mind that I can't guarantee that it'll work.
Let us know how it goes!

My Versa us syncing with my phone but it doesn't show up on my Bluetooth on my Samsung 7. I unpaired it & when I try to pair it , it says it's already paired. I'm not getting my notification from my phone to my Versa. I tried everything you've suggested & no luck.
