Versa won't connect with my Jabra earbuds anymore

I downloaded and paired my jabra bluetooth earbuds to my versa a week ago and worked great. Now my versa sees my earbuds but wont pair with them. Please help!

@mas0241 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about your Versa not pairing with your Jabra earbuds. I suggest you make sure the earbuds are fully charged and restart your Versa by doing the following:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. 

 

Also if you paired your earbuds with your phone delete them from the bluetooth list.

Hey @mas0241, welcome to the Fitbit forums! If your Versa and your Jabra Bluetooth earbuds are no longer connecting, I suggest you to try the following: 

 

- Restart your Versa

- Re pair your headphones again with your Versa

I'm having the same problem with my X4T ear buds. They worked fine with the Versa on Sunday and on Tuesday they had lost the firing and won't re-pair despite restarting the Versa and turning on and off the ear buds multiple times. The Versa just stays in pairing mode forever. The buds eventually turn off, the Versa so far doesn't, just spins.

@AnnaBR I hope you're doing well! 

 

Sorry to hear that your earbuds aren't working with your Versa. Have you tried the suggestions in my previous post? Specially removing the earbuds from your phone to clear any other connection. A final solution could be a Factory Reset on your Versa and see if this helps resolve the issue but remember that you will need to set up your Versa again on your account.

Yes, @AlvaroFitbit, I have tried the above mentioned steps several times. Factory reset sounds like a pain, but I will try it when I have some free time.

Hi there , I just following your conversation cause im having same problem ,cant pair my versa to jabra ,did exactly what you suggested turned off and on but still cant pair them and before had the same problem with my samsung earbuds thats why bought this jabra today .....
