Disappointed.  I am unable to connect my Oticon hearing aids to Versa.  Am I missing something or is this planned for an upcoming release?

Hey @Cdrew, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Woman Happy Let me give you a hand on this. I'd like you to take a look at this help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to make sure you are following the right steps to pair your headphones with your Versa. If after following those steps, your Oticon hearing aids still not connecting, I suggest you to try to restart your Versa and then try to pair them again with your watch.

Let me know how it goes!

This did not work.  Has anyone had success pairing Oticon hearing aids?

Yes, this did not work.  Do you know whether others who have Oticon hearing aids have been able to pair with Versa?

Hey @Cdrew, thanks for getting back to me! Well, if your Oticon hearing aids have Bluetooth connection, and meet the minimum requirements, you should not have any inconvenience to pair them. For example, if you can pair them with your phone model, they should connect with your Versa as well. Otherwise, they will not connect, however, I urge you to go to our Feature Suggestions board and post this idea there, so our team can take a look at it and take into consideration make them compatible with Fitbit watches.

Have a nice day!

Are your hearing aids meant to play music? If so, could you describe what's happening?

Yes. The hearing aids are Bluetooth compatible and I can hear music through my iPhone but not the versa

Yes they are Bluetooth compatible. I can hear music with them through my iPhone but not through the Fitbit versa

One more thing to check. Do they run on a recent bluetooth version (bluetooth 3 or above)?

I’m not really sure. All I saw was they use the “low energy version of Bluetooth” that the iPhone  supports.

It seems like you're not the only person with this problem so it possibly may just be that the Versa is not compatible with your hearing aids. Have you contacted support yet?

I believe I have contacted them. Thanks anyway!

Unable to connect to Oticon hearing aids. Yes, they meet the minimum bluetooth standards.

Can Fitbit tech reach out to Oticon and discovery why the connection isn’t working?

Thanks in advance

My hearing aids are widex brand. They connect to my phone and meet the Bluetooth requirements, but do not pair with my versa. Will these be added in the future? It is hard for people with hearing aids to wear headphones.

I also have widex brand hearing aids that won't connect even though they meet the Bluetooth requirements and pair easily with my phone
