I just got a new Samsung s10 phone and tried to connect my versa to it. It says connected, problem receiving data. I have restarted the watch, phone, and have turned the Bluetooth on the phone on and off again. Nothing is working. On the app on the phone my watch is showing up, and I can see the battery levels so it's somewhat connected...help!

Please try setting up your Versa as a new device. This won't erase your previous data. After this, try syncing your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
