Versa won't connect with my new Win 10 PC

I recently purchased a new pc with integrated bluetooth. Thw win10 bluetooth setting had no trouble finding my wife's alta in another room 30 feet away, two tvs about 20 feet away but it can't find the versa six inches from the box. It worked just fine on my other pc with a discrete wi-fi / bluetooth card as well as my laptop. All run win10. What next? ditch the device?

Hi @RealGomer, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not connecting with your new PC. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that you logged out from your wife's account on your computer. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the subject "Windows 10 computer". After this, monitor your watch and see if it connects with your PC properly.
