For the past week I have had problems with the time on my Versa being 20 minutes or more slower than my iPhone. It starts getting slower within 5 minutes of disconnecting it from the charger. The steps are not being counted accurately also. I have been able to sync with my phone to correct this (constantly synching, I might add )but as of last night my phone cannot detect the watch even with being close to the phone and the wifi. I have restarted my phone and the watch (not factory reset) I can only sync with my desktop now. This is a replacement Versa that I have had since September and the previous one did exactly t he same thing. Getting a bit frustrated!

Hi @tarmina, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not syncing with your phone properly and the time is not correct. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I had a smililar problem with my versa. The fitbit app in my android phone (Galaxy note8) couldn't find my versa (fully charged, well synced for a year). After trying several things, I finally get back. Here is what I did.
1. Restart Versa (NOT the Factory Reset. Just Restart)
2. Can't sync either...
3. Do step 1 and step 2 two or three times...
if the above did not work, (as my cases), I did the following steps.
4. Remove the current Versa from Fitbit App on Note8
5. Turn off and on Bluetooth on Note8
6. Adding new Versa in Fitbit App on Note8
7. Versa automatically restart once or twice
8. Fitbit app required 4 digits, the Versa showed the 4 digits!!
9. Fitbit app asked the wifi password. (I provided)
9. Back to the normal sync functions.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have followed the instructions you sent me, so I haven't used the watch in quite a while. In all that time it has been in the charger and it still is an hour slower than my iPhone. I went through the instructions a couple of times, specifically keeping the watch 1 foot from my WiFi and my iPhone. I restarted the phone, and the watch several times. I deleted the watch from the app and tried to reinstall but I only get as far and the "Found" icon and that's hit and miss as well. The sync has timed out on all the attempts. I have tried numerous times with the same result. My Bluetooth is working as it is able to sync with my smart TV. The Bluetooth cannot find the watch even when close to the WiFi and the iPhone. So I am not now able to re-install the watch at all. So at this point I am without a Versa, which doesn't do me much good. As this is the second one I've had with the identical problem, is a replacement device going to be any different or should I request a refund?
