Versa won’t connect with my phone

Hey guys! 

 

My fitbit will not connect to my phone - but I’ve tried to connect it to my mums phone and it works?!? However this is unhelpful to me because i usually live 100 miles away from her hahaha! I’m so upset as I’ve only had it a few months and spent a whole weeks wage on it. Both the app and the Fitbit have had a complete factory reset along with trying everything else on the troubleshooting page. Please help! What can I do?

@Kitkathughsie welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't connect with your phone unless you sync it with your mother's phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, try syncing your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
