Versa won't connect with my phone

When I try to set it up It says it found the device, but won't connect..

On the device the WIFI says it is off.. how do I turn it on?

Hi @Jff17, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't connect with your phone.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, follow the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if your watch connects with your phone properly.
