Versa won't connect with my phone

I've been having trouble with my Fitbit lately. It's hasn't been syncing with my phone for quite sometime. Everytime I would press sync or try to search for the Fitbit through the Fitbit app there were times that it said no device found. It started annoying me so bad that I did a factory reset on the Fitbit Versa and I disconnected it from my phone. I then tried reinstalling the Fitbit Versa on the app but now it can't be found. I have the Huawei P30 Pro and it was working perfectly fine when I first got the Fitbit almost a year ago and now it's not! I need help!

Hi @Cry5talMae, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not connecting or syncing with your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, try setting up your watch from scratch as instructed in this help page. Make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

I have had my Versa 2 since May 2020 and it is also doing this. It started 3 weeks ago, will not sync so I restart. It works fine for a few days except it won't show my sleep, then it refuses to sync again.

I've had my Versa for almost a year. The issue started happening about 2
weeks ago and I've tried everything I could think of but no luck!
