Versa won't connect with new phone

I just upgraded my cell phone to a Samsung A21 and it is not able to pair with my versa 2. It keeps telling me, "No npr app for thisn device".

Hi @morrisgus, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not pairing with your new phone.

 

Please check out this help article, which provides important information about the compatible devices that sync with Fitbit trackers and watches.

 

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this article. After this, set up your watch from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if it connect with your phone properly.
