Versa won't connect with phone's Bluetooth

i set up my Fitbit Versa light yesterday and it worked. this morning i can not get the Bluetooth to connect.

hi there.

 

i tried that, i also deleted the app and downluaded it again, stoll no luck.  i have a samsung A5

Since you mentioned that you have a Samsung A5, I'm afraid that this model is not in the Supported devices list. This is the reason why some features won't work properly.
