Versa won't connect with phone's Bluetooth

About 3 days ago my Versa stopped syncing.  Turned out my bluetooth wasn't on on my phone.  I fixed that.  But still couldn't get Versa to pair.  My phone doesn't see it at all.  I have tested with my husband's Versa and my phone sees it and will connect - so it isn't the bluetooth on my phone.  When you tell it to look for Bluetooth devices on the phone - it never sees it.  I tried all the troubleshooting tips, restarted both, deleted all other bluetooth devices, went way away from the house in case some device was confusing it (and my husbands watch).  Still no connection.  So I reset the networks on my phone.  Nope.  I finally went to Settings>About and told it to reset my Versa to factory settings.  Now it shows the fitbit logo and words come up in many languages.  When it gets to English it says to setup the app on the phone and try to pair it.  Still no go.  Is is possible the bluetooth just broke on my watch?

Hi @michelinda, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa hasn't been able to connect with your phone's Bluetooth. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try another way to get your Versa reset to factory settings. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch and see if it connects with your phone properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
