I have the first version of Versa. Had it for a long time. It worked fine with every phone I have had but about a year ago I got a Samsung S20 ultra. And I can not get my fitbit to connect to bluetooth. I can get it to pair but when I try to connect it the phone has a message that appears and say "this device needs a app to use" I have the fitbit app downloaded and is up to date; my phone is up to date. According to my fitbit app my fitbit is up to date. But Im not sure this is true since its been over a year since I have updated it. But my app is not giving me that pink update button. And I dont know how else to check for a update. Can anyone please help me. Im beyond frustrated and dont want to have to buy a new fitbit.
Thanks so much for any help!
