Versa won't connect with phone

Hi 

About a week ago I switched off my fitbit versa lite to save battery. The next day when i switched it back on it kept saying downloading the fitbit app to get started. I have now reinstalled the app tried to reconnect my watch re setup i have done everything but the update keeps failing no matter what?

Please help

Please let me know what is the mobile device's model you are trying to sync your Versa with. In the meantime, try removing the Fitbit Versa from your phone's Bluetooth devices list and try the setup process one more time.

I have tried that nothing works.
I am using the Huawei P20lite.
