I got a FitBit Versa 2 at Xmas - all set up ok and syncing etc. The other day while charging the Fitbit it had somehow lost all its charge and switched off while being charged. It then could not sync with my android phone (Sony Xperia XZ2) but is picking up my data on steps, heart rate etc.. I had to end up uninstalling the app, switching Bluetooth off, shutting down phone and Fitbit. I managed to get it to pair with my iPad ok. Tried again on phone and finally the Bluetooth picked it up. When I clicked on Versa 2 it says the pairing is being rejected by the Versa 2. Getting very frustrated with this as it was working ok and can’t find a solution to this.

@MaryB176, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 is not syncing with your Xperia XZ2. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it connects with your phone properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
