Versa won't display correct time and won't display info

My versa is only a few weeks old and was working great until yesterday.  I noticed it wasn't displaying the correct time even if I synced it.  I also noticed that I can't tap it to get it to display my heart rate, steps, etc. at the top like it normally does.  I've checked all my settings and they are all correct.  I have restarted and shut down my Versa and that didn't work.  I also cleared the data and cache for my Fitbit app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in and none of that works.  I don't know what else to do.  Help please!

@Jmarines5 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing the correct time and won't let you to tap it in order to view your stats.

I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
