I've had my Versa for 6 or 7 months. For the last couple weeks I have been unable to download any clock faces or apps, but was able to prior to this. My daughter also has a Versa and has no issues, but we can find nothing different about the setups, other that hers is a Special Edition Versa. I have looked up the issue, followed all the steps to reset both my fitbit and my phone and I would prefer to not go to the extreme of factory resetting my device, but will if that is what it takes. I can't download either clock faces (no matter if they are Fitbit CF or not) or apps. The circle just spins quickly on a white screen on my phone and goes nowhere. Please help.

Well, actually no they didn't. They gave me some line about my phone being too old. I find that hard to believe, since two weeks ago the app worked fine. The app also does not work on my 3 month old conputer. Are you going to tell me it's too old as well? When I tried to get back to tell him that I was unable to contact him. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy J1 smartphone.

Not sure why they felt the need to dismiss this issue when I have seen it numerous times on this forum. You need better support staff.
