My Versa always has a lot of trouble downloading new apps and clock faces and updated existing apps. It always says that my phone is unable to connect to the fitbit. I've tried restarting both my phone and the fitbit and nothing is working. The Versa syncs to my phone just fine, it's just downloading things that gives it trouble. It's very frustrating.
