Versa won't download information

I have a Versa, not quite a year old. It doesn’t  download at least once a week and I have to reboot everything, losing my steps and exercise time for the day. It hasn’t shown the weather in months no matter how many times I fix it. Here I am losing all my points, so close to winning. Disappointed.

Regarding the constant reboots that you have had to perform to your Fitbit Versa, I'd like to know if you meant "download" as syncing your data? This will help you to avoid any confusion on my end and I'll be able to provide the correct assistance. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

If your Versa is experiencing syncing issues, please try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

In regards the weather app, please visit this help page, click on the "Weather" section and follow the steps in order to fix the issue.

Thanks for responding, what I mean is when I go to sync my Fitbit with the app, the app cannot find the Fitbit. After forgetting the device, turning the Bluetooth off and then back on, and then resetting the Fitbit by pushing the reset buttons, it finally connects. Only thing is I lose all my data so it looks like I’ve done nothing all day. Today I lost 58 minutes that would have put me into level 2 on my work sponsored program but I’m still in level 1. This happens constantly and it’s very frustrating.
